Working with scanned or merged PDF documents often results in minor organizational chaos: a page that comes out upside down or sideways due to the scanner, irrelevant sheets left in the middle, or pages that are not in the correct reading sequence.

"To solve this, at ReaderPDF we have developed the new **Organize and Rotate PDF** tool. Designed with an interactive grid, it allows you to visually manipulate the pages of any document instantly and privately."

The common problem of incorrect scans

Almost everyone who handles office scanners or mobile scanning apps has found that some pages are scanned in horizontal (landscape) format or upside down. Fixing this used to require expensive desktop programs (like Adobe Acrobat Pro) or uploading your confidential documents to websites that compromise your privacy and limit the number of daily sheets.

ReaderPDF solves this right in your browser:

How to organize your PDF in ReaderPDF

We have polished the interface to offer a premium desktop-like experience on the web:

  1. Upload your document: Enter the Tools Suite and select "Organize and Rotate PDF". Drag your PDF file or click to select it.
  2. Navigate the interactive grid: Our system will render your file's structure and present you with an interactive thumbnail grid. Each thumbnail represents a sheet of your original PDF.
  3. Reorder, rotate or delete:
    • Reorder: Click the arrow buttons (◀ and ▶) to move any sheet left or right in the page sequence.
    • Rotate: Click the refresh/rotate button (🔄) to turn the sheet 90 degrees to the right. You can rotate it consecutively until it is straight.
    • Delete: Click the red cross (✕) to remove sheets you don't want to export.
  4. Save your clean PDF: Once you are satisfied with the visual order and orientation, click the "Save Changes and Download" action button. In the blink of an eye, the tool will compile the new sorted file and it will be ready to share.

An indispensable ally for students and offices

Whether it's rearranging presentation slides, removing blank pages, or correcting mistakenly scanned contracts, this tool will quickly become one of your favorites. Best of all, it's compatible with computers, tablets, and phones without needing to install heavy apps.
